I offer sessions that inspire connection and acceptance, self-inquiry practices in which we welcome ourselves just as we are. Here, we look beyond perceived separation and allow our natural connection, our innate wholeness of Being to be witnessed.
In every modality I employ (Somatic Movement, Guided Meditation, Reiki), my primary focus is presence - gazing with the absence of judgement.
I believe whole-heartedly that when you will know yourself, you will love yourself. And so, my mission is to create an environment where you may learn yourself in the presence of deep acceptance.
I began my own self-inquiry journey in 2016 with a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Asha Yoga and Bryon Katie’s “The Work”. Since, I’ve studied 300+ hours of Smartflow Yoga with Annie Carpenter, iRest Yoga Nidra, Acharya Shree Yogeesh’s teachings while living at Siddhayatan Ashram, Yin Yoga with Alicia Casillas, plant-based cheffing and teaching with The School of Natural Cookery, NLP, Lea Kaufman Intelligent Movement, and Reiki with Lara Elliott.
While all of these practices I’ve chosen to study are unique, each one of them has been an initiation into a deeper knowing of self. My current offerings would not be what they are today without every lesson I’ve gained from my teachers and my studies. My sessions are touched by every moment that came before them.
